DIRECTIONS & PARKING

DIRECTIONS:
Eddyville Charter School is at 1 Eddyville School Rd, where the start/finish line and all the festivities
take place.  From Highway 20, enter at the east end of Crystal Creek Loop, across from where you see
the Crystal Creek Run sandwich board sign.

PARKING:

There is plenty of convenient free parking.  When you arrive at the entrance of Eddyville School Rd, a parking attendant will direct you to where to park.

SCHEDULE

8:30 am to 9:30 am Last-minute Packet Pickup (please try to pick up your packet Thurs or Friday)

10:00 am  Half Marathon Start Time

10:30 am   10K Start Time

10:45 am  5K Start Time

2:00 pm All participants must be off Crystal Creek Loop

ABOUT THE COURSE

The Crystal Creek Run includes 5K, 10K and Half Marathon out and back courses that start and finish at the Eddyville Charter School. You’ll run or walk on the scenic Crystal Creek Loop (Old Highway 20) with views of stately forestland and go past several historic sites, including (for the half marathoners) the picturesque Chitwood Covered Bridge.

Please note:

Participants must be off Crystal Creek Road by 2:00 pm.

Baby joggers and strollers are permitted on the course but animals, skateboards and roller blades are prohibited.


AID STATIONS:

There are three aid stations on the course ready to provide water, electrolyte hydration drinks and enthusiastic encouragement.  They are located at the following approximate locations from the start line:

1.3 miles

2.9 miles

5.3 miles

(Out-and-back courses provide multiple opportunities for aid station stops.)


Portable toilet facilities will be available at the following approximate locations from the start line:

2 miles

6.5 miles

DIVISIONS

Age divisions for both male and female are:

9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

PACKET PICKUP

Athletes are encouraged to pick up their race packets prior to race day.  If you order a shirt at registration (by 8/31 deadline), it will be available at packet pickup.
